If one third part of all the goods and lands which I have do not surmount the value of five hundred pounds then my wife shall have the one half of that which I am worth at the hour of my death. The house wherein I dwell to be valued and my wife during her widowhood shall have the same as part of her portion to dwell in. The rent of my house in Walbrooke shall go to the maintenance of my father Robert Puckle during his natural life. The lease of my dwelling house the lease of the house in Walbrooke that house plot with garden and orchard in "Laystoffe" in Suffolk shall be for the son or daughter which my wife now goeth with all, as also one third part of all the goods which I shall be worth at the hour of my death. Unto my sister Sara Puckle the sum of forty pounds. To my sister Margaret Coale her son Gabriell Coale ten pounds To my sister Jennings her son John Jennings ten pounds If my sister Sara shall die before she be married then her portion to be divided viz ten pounds to the rest of the children of Margaret Coale and ten pounds to the rest of my sister Jennings her children and twenty pounds to Richard Puckle son of my brother Samuel Puckle.
