Margaret to have use of cart and cart harness, plough and plough harness during her lifetime. Mentions his sons Anthony, John, Richard and Thomas. After Margaret's death the house to go to son Anthony on condition that he pays to John, his son, 5. Also to Arthur Howes (*) his son, 5. Also to Robert Howes his son, 5.
