Leaves every belchild 12d. except Cicelie Derbye who is left 6s.8d. Son James to have two best horses at Michaelmas 12 months after his death and a brass pot at his mother's discretion. Son George to pay his sister Audrey 6.13s.4d. Son Anthony to pay his sister Mary 5 marks. Son james to pay his sister mary 5 marks. Various articles to son George including great kettle. To John Shertyn 12d. To John Manning 12d. Catherine, his wife, to have all unbequeathed moveables also all free ground in Brandon except 1 acre which had been given to son John.George to have copyhold land in Brandon after his wife's death on condition that he allows his mother to remain during her lifetime. If he fails then son Anthony to have the property. Catherine his wife executrix. John Bunne supervisor. Proved last day of October 1555. Wife Catherine also left a will (q.v.)
